Six Month Impact Review – July to Dec 2025

In this six month impact review, from July to December 2025, we focus on capturing the momentum we built from July to December 2025. This period focused on deepening community-led impact, strengthening trusted partnerships, and putting the foundations in place to scale our work in a culturally grounded, sustainable way.

A standout highlight was the continued growth of our Everlasting Elders program. We welcomed new Elders and saw powerful intergenerational
connection, with young people supporting and learning from Elders in  meaningful ways. We also created shared experiences that brought joy, pride
and belonging—reminding us that when Elders feel celebrated and connected, communities are stronger.

In preparation for the Djeelya pilot roll out in 2026, we further developed Djeelya’s employment readiness pathway so young women are supported to
thrive personally and move confidently toward education and employment through culturally safe mentoring, strong role models and practical opportunity.
